This position works closely with the Director and other members of the regulatory team, as well as representatives of the Vermont Department of Public Service. Perform research and analysis in support of a variety of projects in areas related to all sources of energy efficiency, energy financing, and demand side management. Project manage Regulatory projects including but not limited to the development of external and regulatory reporting, development of Annual Plan updates and presentations, and new efficiency measure characterizations. Correspond with the Vermont Public Service Board through the research and writing of filings that promote VEIC’s interests and enable the maximization of energy efficiency potential for Efficiency Vermont and the State of Vermont. Location:
This is a hybrid position, and the ideal candidate will be located in Winooski, VT.
Compensation:
At VEIC, we are committed to pay transparency. The starting pay range for this position will be between $48,000-$58,000 annually. Based on market data, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and location. Please discuss your intended work location with the recruiter for more information. The total compensation package for this position also includes a full range of medical benefits, 403(b) eligibility with match, Combined Time Off (CTO), Care and Concern leave, Parental leave, wellbeing benefit, a community service day, and eight paid holidays that are effective as of your first day of employment.
