Efficiency Vermont is seeking an Engineering Consultant focused on energy efficiency efforts for residential properties, as well as small commercial businesses, due to incoming ARPA funding. The ideal candidate will have weatherization experience through energy auditing, contracting, and/or architecture. Desirable experience will include familiarty with heat pumps and other mechanical systems. BPI, RESNET, or CEM certifications are also ideal, but not required.

The Engineering Consultant will identify and advise on energy efficiency improvements in new construction and existing industrial, commercial, and multi-family buildings and facilities. This role will also participate in the delivery of cost-effective, market-based energy efficiency solutions to clients while contributing to a mission-driven, creative, enjoyable, and stimulating work environment.
