Leads with a focus on strategic impact, technical vision, customer value, and staff centered practices. Identifies, leads, and drives core management efforts to create beneficial change across staff and work strategy including leadership role to develop and evolve our business in critical places like energy efficiency, decarbonization. Manages, supervises, coordinates, and leads the activities and staff necessary to optimize the delivery of Efficiency Vermont services to succeed in our impact with rate payers and partners (residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and institutional). Responsible for ensuring that staff have the tools, resources, guidance, and training necessary to meet Engineering objectives in alignment with Efficiency Vermont’s performance goals as well as VEIC mission goals. Fosters the professional growth and development in a just and inclusive way with staff while contributing to a mission-driven, creative, enjoyable, and stimulating work environment.
