VEIC is looking for a marketing leader to build innovative, multi-platform marketing solutions that meet business goals and expand VEIC’s impact. In this role you will oversee the VEIC brand and develop and implement sharp marketing and communications strategies that keep VEIC in the front of our clients’ minds. You will also act as a thought partner to our consulting group and clients to ensure the clean energy solutions we are developing are clearly communicated and adopted.


  • Manages and implements the development, delivery, optimization, and measurement of integrated marketing solutions across all touch points and channels, including digital, social, email, and on-the-ground events.
  • Works collaboratively and efficiently with our internal creative and digital team by guiding workflow, managing project scopes and timelines, and leveraging internal expertise in an intentional and thoughtful manner.
  • Oversees quarterly reporting to ensure we are leveraging analytics to optimize our marketing mix.
  • Partners with our consulting and engineering team to align messaging for key lines of businesses and services.
  • Under the direction of the Directors of Communications and Marketing, facilitates the strategic marketing planning process for VEIC and serve as the voice for critical business and customer objectives.
  • Collaborates with the Consumer Insights Manager to deploy annual industry and client research to understand customer needs and ensure we are developing motivating and differentiated communications.
  • Promotes a department-wide culture of excellent customer and client service.
  • Understands industry trends and best practices and applies new approaches appropriately to expand the effectiveness and reach of
  • Assists in effective management of the marketing budget.


  • Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals and values of VEIC.
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of seven years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or related field or a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing a high-performing integrated marketing team or similar combination of education and experience, including leadership, facilitation, staff supervision, resource management, and contract and budget management.
  • Proven experience working effectively across an organization building 360 marketing programs that deliver on brand objectives and meet client and customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of how consumer insights and related research, along with media platforms (TV, radio, digital, social, on-the-ground) and creative, work together to support one strategic concept.
  • Ability to evaluate and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management; Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
