The analyst performs research and analysis to support a variety of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects as part of a larger consulting team. Preferred locations are Winooski, VT, Washington, D.C., Columbus, OH, or Madison, WI.
Conducts research and analysis to support a variety of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
Conducts economic screening of energy efficiency and renewable energy measures and programs.
Supports business development within the Consulting Department, particularly through developing project proposals and budgets.
Coordinates smaller projects or components of larger projects, including on-going client interaction.
Responsible for formatting and independently evaluating the data in support of client presentations.
Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals and values of VEIC.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering, public policy or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.
Experience with energy efficiency and/or renewable energy markets, programs, or policies is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills, including strong facility with quantitative analysis techniques.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Self-starter, able to manage time well with ability to handle multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
