The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with proposal teams and VEIC’s Proposal Group to coordinate RFX-related requests, ensuring accurate tracking of requirements, deadlines and milestones. The Proposal Coordinator serves as a liaison between departments within VEIC and follows standard operating procedures.
Proposal work is often fast-paced and involves short deadlines. The Proposal Coordinatoremploys an understanding of VEIC, its business strategies and the marketplace to direct proposal development teams which include internal and external partners. This position coordinatesthe and formatting of documents according to client-directed or VEIC standards. The Proposal Coordinator works quickly and efficiently to direct team members, set and meet deadlines, and obtain necessary internal approvals in a timely fashion prior to submission.
The Proposal Coordinatorhas excellent communication and project management skills, pays attention to detail, and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. VEIC is seeking an Engineering Consultant to support our growing portfolio of decarbonization and equity-focused projects. This role identifies, advocates for, and advises on energy efficiency improvements in industrial, commercial, and agricultural buildings and facilities. This role will also take on tasks such as quantifying greenhouse gas (GHG) impacts and savings potential, as well as developing innovative approaches for measuring and reducing GHG impacts.
