The HR Business Partner serves as an influential people partner, advising leaders across the business, while playing a key role in developing and implementing HR strategy and programs in support of short-term and long-term business goals with the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent.Provides employee relations, recruitment, and overall human resources leadership and support to staff to ensure high quality customer service. Partners with managers with respect to talent acquisition for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development. Administers, manages and implements HR programs and services to ensure effective and efficient practices while contributing to a mission-driven, creative, enjoyable and stimulating work environment. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
