What you will do in this job:
You will meet assigned energy efficiency targets by proactively managing federal agency and Department of Defense customers and building relationships with targeted non-engaged DC commercial and institutional customers. You will develop and execute account plans utilizing a consultative customer engagement methodology that brings value to customers and measurable results to DCSEU. You will mentor other Account Managers on consultative sales methodology and provides guidance in working with specific accounts and will assist the Manager, Account Management with developing strategies for market segments or helping to develop and implement department policies and procedures.
